Location: Remote

Day rate: \xc2\xa3500-600 (Outside IR35)

Contract Length: 6 Months Rolling

Understanding Solutions is looking for a Senior Support Engineer specifically within Business Central to provide support and guidance to various business units, including E-Commerce, Planning, Performance Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing primary and secondary support for Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central, including weekend on-call support.
  • Offering end-to-end support for implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation for solutions.
  • Continuously monitoring Business Central system performance and health, pinpointing potential bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and methods to enhance system efficiency.
Experience:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central.
  • Proficient in documenting issues and potential remedies to ensure consistency and minimize recurring problems.
  • Familiarity with providing 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Knowledge of best practices in software engineering throughout the development lifecycle, including prioritization, agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Great knowledge of Azure functions
  • Good knowledge of DevOps
