To be successful as a Senior Support Engineer, you should have experience with:
Process orchestration and automation, using tools like JBPM, Kafka, MESH, SQL, Quartz, and SMTP to streamline workflows.
Data analytics and visualisation, with good skills in Python, Polars DataFrames, and Streamlit for insights and forecasting, plus Tableau for Management Information (MI) and storytelling through data.
DevOps tooling and scripting, including experience with GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity, Autosys, Jira, and Stash, and scripting in Python, Shell, and PowerShell to support automation and integration.

Broad programming experience across multiple languages and frameworks, enabling flexible, creative, and inclusive solution design.
Demonstrated experience in agile environments, contributing to fast-paced delivery, collaborative team dynamics, and secure development using tools like GitLab Duo and CSM.
Solid grounding in ITIL framework and service management practices, proactively applying them to deliver reliable, user-focused, and business-aligned technology solutions.
