Senior Support Worker - Adults' Residential Care
Location: Fareham
Salary: 32,100 per annum
Shifts: Days, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
Requirements:
Must hold a Level 3 NVQ
Willing to work towards Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management
Full UK driving licence essential
The Role:
As a Senior Support Worker , you will play a key leadership role within our Adults' Residential Service. You'll be responsible for managing a team of support workers, leading shifts, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for our residents.
This is a 24-hour care facility supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and/or challenging behaviours. Your role will involve:
Overseeing daily operations and staff performance on shift
Supporting residents with day-to-day living skills and promoting independence
Planning and accompanying individuals on community activities to encourage social inclusion
Contributing to care planning and ensuring high standards of care delivery
