31,200-32,400 per year + additional 3,000-9,000 per year for sleep-ins

08:00-22:00

39 hours per week

Full UK Driving Licence is required

We're looking for full-time

Children's Senior Support Worker

to join our EPIC team in Buntingford for our 4 bed EBD home which looks after children between ages 13-17.


You'll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers. Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment. Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change. Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential

Level 3 in Children and Young People

Full UK Driving Licence
