Senior Support Worker
Job Description
Munches Park House are hoping to recruit a caring and confident individual to join our team as Senior Support Worker.
This candidate will provide care and support to residents, administer medication and be comfortable demonstrating supervisory skills and managing a staff team.
Duties within this role also include supporting the manager with employee supervisions, care planning, reviews and rota management.
This role includes alternate weekend working.
Experience using electronic handsets and completed SVQ 3 desirable, however, not essential.
This role is subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced PVG.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 33 per week

Licence/Certification:
Driving License (preferred)
SVQ Level 3 (required)
