Nuu Home Group - 16+ Supported Accommodation
Reports to:
Service Manager / Nominated Individual
Overview
Nuu Home Group is a Supported Accommodation provider for young people aged 16-17, including Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC). We have recently completed our Ofsted inspection and are now awaiting final confirmation of our registration.
With an anticipated January 2026 opening, this is an exciting and rare opportunity to join us at the very beginning as we open the doors to Zion House and establish a service built on safety, culture, growth, and relationship-based practice model.
We are recruiting a core team of three staff members who will shape the foundation, standards, and spirit of our home from day one. You will not just be stepping into a role--you will be part of the team that launches Nuu Home Group and sets the tone for the future of the young people we support,
The Support Worker and Senior Support Worker roles are central to our mission. You will support young people in developing independence, emotional stability, and confidence as they prepare for adulthood. This includes daily living skills, safeguarding, emotional encouragement, and helping young people engage with education, healthcare, and the wider community.
We welcome candidates from supported accommodation, children's residential services, youth work, care homes, and senior care environments. Supervisory experience is highly valued for the Senior Support Worker role.
