You will contribute to care planning, oversee daily care routines, and provide leadership and guidance to support workers to maintain excellent standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of care staff in delivering person-centred care.
Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and contribute to performance development.
Participate in care planning and maintain accurate care records.
Support residents with their personal care and day-to-day activities.
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing for all residents.
Ensure compliance with care standards, health, and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with residents and families.
Skills and Attributes
Proven experience in a senior care or team leader role.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Education and Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this qualification).
