Hugglescote are a small 3-bed residential home supporting young adults with a range of learning disabilities ranging from Autism, ADHD and challenging behavior on 2-1 or 1-1 basis.

What You'll Be Doing:



Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Support Workers Delivering high-quality, person-centered care in line with individual support plans Encouraging independence, dignity, and personal growth Assisting with daily tasks including personal care, household duties, budgeting, and community access Supporting both male and female clients in their homes Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies Using digital tools (iPads, apps, etc.) for record-keeping and communication Providing coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support to your team

What We're Looking For:



1-2 years' experience in adult care as a Support Worker (senior experience preferred) A UK driver's license and your own vehicle Confident in supporting both male and female clients Able to lead by example with excellent communication and teamwork Comfortable using technology (for care planning and records) Passionate about delivering truly person-centered care
