Senior Support Worker

to join our EPIC team in

Letchworth

.


We provide innovative care and education services that nurture emotional and behavioural growth


In this vital role, you'll help create a warm, safe, and supportive home environment for up to 5 young people (aged 11-17), empowering them to thrive and making every day extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential

Level 3 in Children and Young People

Full UK Driving Licence
