What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children aged 11-17 Help young people develop life skills, confidence, and independence Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment Collaborate closely with colleagues and external professionals

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children, young people, or in care settings (preferred) A caring nature, strong communication skills, and emotional resilience Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
