What you'll do

Supervise staff and promote high standards of practice Lead on developing and reviewing personalised care plans Champion dignity, choice and equality in daily support Support the training, development and induction of staff Provide management cover and contribute to audits when required Build positive, trusting relationships with families, carers and professionals

What you'll bring

With an HNC or SVQ Level 3, experience in care and strong organisational skills, you will bring the confidence to lead others and support high quality practice. You will be ready to progress your training, value the organisation's Christian ethos and meet PVG and SSSC requirements. Your leadership style will be supportive, reflective and focused on helping others grow.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.


This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
