We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated senior worker to join our physical disabilities services in Salford. Working alongside a Registered manager, you will assist with the management and delivery of high quality care and support services. You will need to be positive about communicating with and supporting people in a person centered manner.





You must have skills in

positive communication and engagement

and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support. You will also have skills in the assessment of needs along with positive and proactive risk management so that support planning for individuals demonstrates an active and fulfilling life with an emphasis on a 'can do' approach.





You will have the maturity to lead a team in the absence of the registered manager, accept responsibility and provide clear guidance, supervision and support to the team. You will be able to communicate positively and professionally with families and professionals and actively promote consultation and partnership working.
