Promote an open, positive, and inclusive culture.
Identify any additional training needs of Support Workers and report accordingly. Provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate
Monitor, supervise and mentor support Workers in the field (Spot-checks and competency audits)
Supervising a team of carers, providing support and assistance, providing them with PPE and documents as and when needed.
Complete reviews and assessments on Service Users as and when required.
Reporting any issues to the management team.
Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.
Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and practices.
Take part in On-call / out of hours support
Support to other team members in emergency situations
Carry out duties as assigned by the Registered Manager
Attend induction, in-house training sessions and staff meetings.
Requirements for this role:
SVQ 3 Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
Full valid license as appropriate
Experience in care delivery
Has basic computer skills

Pay: 13.00-13.25 per hour
