We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker who has the skills and ability to lead a team, provide training to new staff and assist our Team Leaders and Care Managers in delivering safe and effective care to the individuals we support.
Please note that we are only able to accept applications from females due to the requirements of the people we support.

We have a pay banding system and are committed to staff development:
13.17 per hour
Sleep in rate 80.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and practical support to the person you are supporting during their daily activities, including accessing the community.
Assist with domestic duties & household management, which may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing and managing finances.
Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction.
Promote choice and independence, encouraging people we support to achieve their personal goals.
Keep accurate records, following company policies and CQC guidelines.
Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all individuals, adhering to safer recruitment guidelines.
Lead by example, within a team of support workers, ensuring that an excellent standard of care is upheld within the delivery of the service
Resolve day-to-day shift events in a positive and consistent way, communicating with the Care Management team as needed
Play a major role in the induction of new staff (you will be required to mentor new staff members throughout their induction and undertake competencies as required).
We hold a 10 day face to face induction which includes Positive Behaviour Support.
