Key Responsibilities
Support and oversee the care team in daily operations.
Recognise and respond to the personal care needs of residents.
Conduct supervisions and appraisals for support staff.
Contribute to care planning and staff coaching.
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents.
Skills and Attributes
Previous experience in a senior care role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Empathetic and caring nature.
Education and Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it.
