Senior Support Workers
Job Description
Unique Care Network Limited is now recruiting for a Senior Support Workers for a well-established supported living business based in the West Midlands. You will receive full support, training, and development in this role. You will be mainly responsible for locating, recruiting, and interviewing potential job candidates. But also may include handling emergency calls, assisting in creating rota's and leading team of support workers. The ideal candidate must understand the care industry, have a background in marketing and recruitment, recently finished MBA, and also aspire to be care manager.

Handling stress Communicating effectively Managing administrative duties Being self motivated and efficient Being amicable and respectful Being thorough and forward thinking Multitasking Great IT Skills Business Acumen Understanding of Care Industry with preferable some care experience Flexible Degree in Marketing and PR (preferably with some marketing or sales experience)
