is currently seeking a

Senior Support Worker

to become a vital part of our friendly and committed team.

We are a warm and welcoming residential service that supports

13 adults with learning disabilities

, helping them live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

About the Role



As a

Senior Support Worker

, you will play a key role in providing

high-quality, person-centred support

to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting individuals to pursue

new interests

, achieve personal

goals

, and develop meaningful connections with family and friends. Encouraging participation in a wide range of activities--leisure, home, or work-based--based on each person's choices and preferences. Promoting

equality, inclusion, and dignity

for every individual in our care. Being a

positive role model

and day-to-day team leader, supporting and nurturing a small staff team. Assisting the management team with staff supervision and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

? What We're Looking For



Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. A commitment to supporting people in a way that promotes independence and choice. A

Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care

(or willingness to work towards one).

A full UK driving licence

is essential due to the needs of the service. Flexibility to work

shifts

, including

sleep-ins

,

weekends

, and

bank holidays

.

What We Offer



14.00 per hour

70.00 per sleep-in shift

28 days of annual leave
