About the role





We are seeking a disciplined and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Associate with proven experience in technology, digital or SaaS sales recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building world-class teams through structured hiring practices, relentless sourcing, and a deep belief in the impact of great talent. We are a high growth FinTech, so expect to be involved in new initiatives, new projects and be part of a cross-functional team. The role will report into the Head of People, be based in our either our London or Glasgow office and will support our continued drive to hire and retain the best talent.

You will play a pivotal role in the attraction of the best possible candidates across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Hiring Partnership


Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, develop tailored hiring strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, and post engaging adverts that attract diverse, high-performing talent. This role will look after Talent across the organisation.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership


Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for across the organisation, so you must be capable of recruiting in multiple sectors, primarily technology and SaaS sales, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting


Expertly identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent using a disciplined, methodical sourcing approach. You'll go beyond the job spec--looking for culture adds, not just culture fits.

Process-Driven Delivery


Reduce time-to-hire through scalable, repeatable sourcing processes, while maintaining high quality of hire and ensuring each stage of the pipeline is rigorously managed.

Pipeline Development & Readiness


Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to enable responsiveness during periods of high-volume hiring, with a focus on enterprise SaaS and tech sales roles.

Market Intelligence & Compensation Insights


Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking and leverage competitive intelligence to shape offers and guide hiring strategy.

Brand & Network Building


Act as a brand ambassador--attend industry events, support Encompass-hosted meetups, and engage in continuous networking to enhance our employer presence and attract top talent.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting


Track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire) to evaluate performance and influence strategic decision-making.

Systematic Candidate Management


Maintain meticulous candidate records and hiring workflows within our internal systems and ATS to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Industry Expertise


Experience in an agency or in-house role focused on enterprise SaaS sales or technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Commercial & Technical Acumen


Deep sourcing experience across either commercial or technical roles, with a strong ability to tailor search strategies to different hiring challenges.

Recruitment Discipline


Demonstrated ability to manage demanding recruitment timelines through structured workflows, strong personal organisation, and a bias toward action.

High Standards & Precision


Detail-oriented, with excellent judgment and a commitment to quality in every stage of the hiring process.
