The Opportunity



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years recruitment experience to join an experienced team who will support your development. This role will be a combination of sourcing and recruitment, and you will have the opportunity to recruit across all departments within one of the world's leading insurance company's.

How you will create an impact



Work closely with senior members of the TA team to define sourcing strategies and generate relevant candidate pipelines for key strategic hires in the business. Coordinate with hiring managers and TA Partners to determine position requirements Source, engage and qualify active and passive candidates via direct sourcing, utilizing social media and employee referrals Utilize Beamery to keep at the forefront of talent identification and implement CRM tactics to engage and maintain diverse talent communities Draft compelling adverts and social media posts to market our roles Craft and deliver recruiting communication to external candidates Telephone screen candidates Coordinate interviews Develop strong internal relationships across HR and the wider business Develop your commercial insurance knowledge

What you'll need to succeed



Demonstrated experience of managing a high volume of vacancies Demonstrated experience of direct sourcing methodologies, tools & techniques Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates Strong initiative and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines on the fly in a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to be creative and think outside the box Willingness to learn Workday experience advantageous
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
