Job Description

We are recruiting for a full time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in transforming medical recruitment at Oxford Health into a high-impact talent model, working with managers to help them make great hiring decisions.



This is a rare opportunity to join us at a pivotal time as we redefine our talent acquisition strategy to ensure we attract, recruit, and retain the very best Medical and Dental talent.



In this role you won't just fill vacancies; you will act as a strategic business partner, providing expert advice to hiring managers on their recruitment strategies. Your core mission will be to transform our recruitment model, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to successful induction.



This role will work closely with the Medical Workforce Manager, providing leadership and direction to the service, whilst developing effective working relationships, efficient practices and a motivated workforce.

We are looking for a strategic and solutions-focused professional who has a proven track record of making a tangible difference within an in-house Talent Acquisition team. You are a natural relationship builder, skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.



Be a true business partner - create adverts, provide expertise where applicable in the shap ing of interview questions and recruitment processes that enable managers to hire the best talent at pace to meet the various pressures on staffing. This will include pre-screening candidates and presenting qualified shortlists to managers



Ensure each stage of the recruitment process is efficiently and accurately managed, from initial authorisation to appointment



Promote a positive, proactive approach to recruitment in the Trust, acting as an advocate for open, fair and transparent recruitment practices



Challenge where appropriate , advise on best hiring practices and help engage managers in making good hiring decisions



Coach managers in the Trust's recruitment and selection procedures and the e-recruitment system on an ongoing basis



Measuring and analysing key talent acquisition metrics that show continual improvement within the business on key aspects, identifying areas of concern and proactively addressing these



Manage the Compliance Officer and ensure that the end-to-end recruitment service is efficient and continuously improves .



Act as the designated subject matter expert for medical and dental recruitment within the Trust, providing effective advice and support to recruiting managers in a timely and proactive manner

You will be responsible for :



Leading all medical and dental recruitment, including recruitment for Consultants and Speciality Doctors



Working with senior leaders to implement new, agile hiring practices



Providing crucial market insights and data to inform recruitment decisions.



Driving candidate attraction and enhancing our employer brand, working closely with our Resourcing and Recruitment Marketing & Events teams.



It is expected that you will split your time between the office and being on-site to meet our managers. We have sites across four counties (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire & NE Somerset) and you'll be expected to support these where needed, so the ability to travel freely between sites is required .
