About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and strong commercial mindset Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Wealth Management business. This is a pivotal role responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our UK offices. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact recruitment strategies that drive the continued success of our fee-earning and support teams.

As a trusted advisor, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of specialist wealth management roles - from Investment Managers and Financial Advisors to Paraplanners and IFA Administrators; ensuring a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage.

This role will suit someone working at TA Partner level currently, looking for a step up. The ideal candidate will have a mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience within financial services - wealth management; financial planning / investment management.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and team structures within the Wealth Management division. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for fee-earning and support roles, from briefing to offer management and onboarding. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, and market mapping. Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practice guidance. Build and nurture talent pipelines for key positions, ensuring future hiring needs are proactively managed. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives within the wealth management market. Manage agency relationships strategically, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness where external support is required. Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes. Travel to London, Harrogate, Newcastle, Norwich and other offices as and when required - roughly a few times a month or as required

Skills & Experience



Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on wealth management or financial planning sectors. Proven success recruiting fee-earning professionals such as Investment Managers, Financial Advisors, and other regulated roles. Experience hiring Paraplanners, IFA Administrators, and other support positions within a financial advice or investment management environment. Background in both agency and in-house / Talent Acquisition roles, ideally within professional or financial services. Strong understanding of the UK wealth management landscape, including regulatory and market nuances. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. Proficient in using ATS platforms - Lever highly desirable
