What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage
all recruitment processes end-to-end
at Voicemod, ensuring structure, clarity and consistency.
Run
kickoff meetings
to align expectations, scope, leveling and timelines with Hiring Managers.
Execute and guide the full process using Voicemod's
for priority roles.
Ensure continuous alignment with Hiring Managers through
clear, proactive communication
.
Deliver structured evaluations and
guide interviewers
when there are differing opinions.
Publish job postings in
relevant and high-impact channels
to attract the right talent.
Additional Responsibilities
Strengthen employer branding by supporting
content, visibility, events and community engagement
.
Manage
external recruiters or agencies
when needed, coordinating contracts and follow-up.
Track and share
recruitment metrics
using Ashby (pipeline, conversions, time-to-fill).
Identify and implement
process improvements
across the recruitment lifecycle.
Support with basic
visa/right-to-work checks
and HR fundamentals.
What You'll Need

Experience recruiting in
tech product companies
, ideally working with the final consumer or digital product environments.
Strong experience recruiting
technical roles
. Engineering is a must-have speciality.
Proven ability to
drive end-to-end recruitment independently
.
Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn and the ability to locate
talent in niche communities
.
Excellent
stakeholder management
and communication skills (English C1+).
High proactivity, organisation, and problem-solving capacity.
Strong experience working with an
ATS
(Ashby is a plus).

Hiring process
Talent Acquisition Screening (60 min) -
First conversation to get to know Voicemod, validate the two-way fit, discuss motivation, expectations, and culture alignment.
Recruitment Challenge (Written home exercise) -
A short, structured challenge to evaluate your real-world recruiting approach (kickoffs, sourcing strategy, calibration, problem-solving).
Hiring Manager Interview (Up to 90 min) -
Deep dive into your experience leading end-to-end hiring; review of your challenge answers; discussion of day-to-day processes and how your approach fits Voicemod's structure.
Cross-functional Peer Interview (30 min) -
Conversation with a potential Hiring Manager from a Product or Engineering area to assess cross-functional collaboration, clarity, and your understanding of different role types.
Final Interview (Up to 45 min) -
A conversation with our CFO to evaluate cultural alignment, strategic thinking, communication and overall fit in a fast-moving, product-driven startup.
