Overview of the role

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Wholesale & Central Functions at Bestway Healthcare, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping and delivering effective recruitment solutions. Working in close partnership with the People Partnering Team and senior business leaders, you'll lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across multiple functions.


From identifying and attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, you will drive recruitment strategies that align with business objectives while promoting a positive candidate journey and strengthening our employer brand.


Main Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy



Design and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals and workforce plans. Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.

End-to-End Recruitment



Lead the full recruitment lifecycle--from role briefing and advertising through to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the process.

Stakeholder Management



Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight into market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices. Facilitate regular updates, feedback sessions, and alignment meetings with hiring managers.

Employer Branding



Actively promote and represent the Bestway Healthcare employer brand to position the organisation as an employer of choice. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance candidate-facing content and messaging.

Candidate Sourcing



Utilise diverse sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and industry events. Develop and maintain talent pools for critical, niche, or hard-to-fill roles.

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and internal policies. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

Process Improvement



Evaluate and refine recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate satisfaction. Introduce tools and technology that support a data-driven, modern recruitment function.

Key knowledge and skills required for the role:



Highly experienced in proactive attraction techniques including creation of passive and active candidate pools, headhunting, external market & competitor insights through to utilising internal engagement, EVP and employer brand opportunities to effectively promote Bestway Healthcare beyond the traditional job advert. Able to effectively engage with and coach stakeholders to deliver consistent hiring processes, candidate experiences and social channel presence both directly as well as through their direct reports. Strong MI and data analytical skills, adept at managing reporting, identifying key trends that inform and also raises awareness to risks to the business as well as providing solutions to those risks Excellent written and oral communication. Good IT, planning and organisational skills. 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience Budget management
