Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring teams
to understand roles and shape effective sourcing strategies.
Own the full hiring cycle:
sourcing, interviewing, and guiding offers

Manage agency partnerships
and ensure delivery meets Chapter 2's standards.
Use data to improve hiring outcomes and inform smarter decisions.
Stay on top of trends in secure identity and digital security
to attract top talent.
Champion Talent Acquisitions projects related to tooling and processes for your client and at Chapter 2.
What You Bring
Full fluency in French and English
, with clear and confident communication.
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or at an RPO agency.
Experience designing recruitment strategies
aligned with business goals.
End-to-end (360) recruitment expertise
: you run the process solo with ease.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills across multiple roles.
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a
strong client-first approach

Nice to Have
