We're currently seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to manage a personal tax client portfolio and deliver tailored advice across key areas including buy-to-let properties, foreign income, residency and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of personal tax returns for a varied client base Preparation and review of P11d Benefit in Kind forms Managing your own portfolio of clients and building lasting relationships Advising clients on personal tax matters including trusts, buy-to-let investments, and residency Responding to HMRC queries and assisting with tax planning Supporting junior colleagues and reviewing their work Staying current with UK tax legislation and best practice
Requirements:

ATT/CTA qualified or studying towards ATT/CTA qualification (Highly Desirable) Minimum 3 years of experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice Strong working knowledge of UK personal tax compliance and advisory Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software (e.g. TaxCalc, IRIS, or similar)
