Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in installation processes, demonstrating exceptional technical skills and the ability to lead installation projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Oversee and execute installation projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications. Collaborate with managers and team members to coordinate installation effectively. Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols. Ensure all installations are completed within deadlines while adhering to safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions regarding the installation process.

Experience

Proven experience as an installer in a relevant industry (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing). Strong technical knowledge of installation techniques and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior staff is highly desirable. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to installation work. A valid driver's licence is essential for travel between job sites.
As the sites are spread across the U.K., regular travel and overnight stays will be necessary, and a full, valid UK driving license is required. Company vehicle will be provided for work travel. Applicants must have a clean driving licence, be over the age of 25 and be prepared/able to drive large vans.
