Job Summary

As a Senior Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a pleasant dining experience. This position requires a passion for food and service, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Assist with kitchen operations, including cooking, cleaning, and stocking supplies. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
