Founded in 2018 and now with three restaurants in Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford, we've become one of Essex's busiest and most loved restaurants. We are focussed on serving great pizza and exceptional service to our guests - just check out our reviews! As an Assistant Manager, you'll enjoy a 4-day working week with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts if desired. We're closed on Mondays, and you're guaranteed one weekend day off each week. We are also closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, with half shifts on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Key Responsibilities:



As a Team Leader at Moto Pizza, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for our team, ensuring everyone maintains the friendly and upbeat spirit that defines our restaurant.

Customer Service: Exceed customer expectations by providing first-class service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Operational Excellence: Assist in daily restaurant operations, such as rotas, inventory management, and quality control.

Training and Development: Help train and develop staff, ensuring that they embody the welcoming and friendly ethos of our restaurant.

Problem-Solving: Be a proactive problem solver, addressing challenges with a positive attitude and helping the team work together to overcome obstacles.

Qualifications:



A passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine love for food and service.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and an unwavering friendly personality.

Ideally experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

An upbeat and positive attitude, even under pressure.

A commitment to upholding our restaurant's standards and values.
