Senior Technical Application Service Specialist

, where you'll take ownership of the resilience and reliability of our Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. This is a senior role with significant influence on strategy, engineering practices, and operational standards, ensuring our technology underpins exceptional customer experiences.



WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



In this role , you ' ll :


Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards

to monitor application health, performance, and key business metrics, ensuring actionable insights for leadership teams.

Shape and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

across the platform, driving improvements in reliability, scalability, and incident response.

Champion automation initiatives

for monitoring, alerting, and reporting to enhance observability and reduce operational overhead.

Act as a trusted technical advisor

, collaborating with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and ensure platform stability.

Analyse complex performance trends

, providing recommendations that inform capacity planning, disaster recovery strategies, and compliance adherence.

Mentor and guide junior team members

, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED



Extensive experience in building and optimising dashboards using tools such as Pega, Grafana, Kibana, or similar. Deep understanding of SRE principles, including reliability engineering, monitoring, and incident management at scale. Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualisation techniques. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.

It would be

advantageous

if you also bring:



Expertise in Pega CDH or similar decisioning platforms. Experience in automation and scripting for monitoring and reporting. Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern DevOps practices.
