Information Services Division (ISD) is the primary provider of IT services to UCL. We support and enhance learning, teaching, research and administrative processes by providing information- and technology-related services to over 50,000 staff and students of UCL and associated institutions.

Portfolio and Product Delivery manage the delivery of technology led change, partnering with colleagues across UCL. We collaborate as cross functional agile teams and have core capabilities in experience, development & test, analysis and agile delivery management.
About the role

UCL are recruiting for a D365 CRM/CE Senior Tech Lead specialising in Dynamics and Power Platform. The project is in an exciting growth stage. The Senior Tech Lead will be a key part of this growth, and an integral part of the team.
As a D365 CRM/CE Senior Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing customer solutions, working with the business and the development teams to achieve an optimal solution for unique business requirements for the end-user for our Student, Applicant and Partner communities.
About you

Lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
Technical and functional documentation creation skills.
Exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 technical and functional capabilities including:
+ Dataverse solutions and their components such as PCF controls, custom pages
+ C# artefacts such as plugins, webhooks and Custom API's
+ Good working knowledge of the CRM SDK including CRM Rest API
+ Javascript / Typescript Broad knowledge of how technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE translate to business capabilities.
Good understanding of Power Pages and building portals
Ability to set standards for all development work, and ensure quality of the deliverables within the Dynamics / Power Platform frameworks
Full Agile experience for delivery of working solutions.
Ensuring the quality of data in use within Dynamics CRM / Power Platform
DevOps ownership of Release Automation, use of Github, PAC CLI and automated testing to ensure quick delivery hands free releases with use of Managed Solutions, dependencies management and mechanisms to patch operational systems while still progressing core development work.
Leading the operational support for 3rd level issues including liaison with third parties and Microsoft.
Leading development of integrations to and from the platform
Good understanding of Azure and cloud technologies.
Ability to lead engagements and present to stakeholders.
Dynamics CRM Customer Service and Marketing implementations experience.
Power Platform experience essential.
Understand the lifecycle and architecture of (students / relationships)
Understand the capabilities delivered by for relationship management for standardising business processes across an enterprise
Enterprise approach to solutions across marketing, sales, customer service, events
