The A Side: A Day in The Life
Abbey Road and Audiomovers' are seeking a highly skilled, delivery focused and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join their team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical strategy/execution, playing a crucial role in defining, driving and delivering the commercial technology strategy, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will be responsible for the continued development and maintenance of Abbey Road and Audiomovers' commercial technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, D2C and B2B sectors such as:User and authenticated/account services Product licensing and authorisation Online studio booking services CRM integrations Website and CMS integrations Payments integrations/services Web analytics integrations Customer acquisition & retention technology/integrations Data warehouse and reporting capabilities End-user product-web features Internal/admin tools

In this role, you will also steer a team of developers, POs and QAs, provide out-of-hours/outage support, oversee the technical aspects of marketing campaigns, manage UAT & release and the budget for the technology team and its tooling.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be CollaborativeCollaborate with business, engineering, design, and marketing stakeholders to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes Act as the voice of the business during development, ensuring solutions meet agreed-upon requirements Provide direct line management for a small team of product owners, analysts, and QAs Manage and own the technology budget

Be TechnicalAct as the product owner and delivery lead in an agile environment Work closely with engineering teams to break down features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions and advocate for best practices in design and scalability, ensuring features, bugs, and changes are deployed efficiently and safely Elicit, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, user stories, and use case Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments of proposed changes Create process flows, data models, and wireframes to clarify complex concepts

Person Specification
NecessaryStrong experience in a Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven organization Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly Agile Experience writing clear, actionable requirements and user stories Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working with tools like Jira, GitHub, Figma, SQL, Google Analytics / BigQuery / Cloud Platform, Hubspot, headless CMS Strong leadership, influence and stakeholder management High attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complexity Results-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach

DesirableTechnical background Experience in E-commerce, APIs, CMS integrations, SaaS platforms, data platforms, and/or enterprise systems Familiarity with UX principles and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma)
