What's my mission?




We are looking for an experienced Telecom Sales Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of established B2B customers and drive sustainable revenue growth across telephony, connectivity, managed IT and cloud services. This role is suited to someone who already understands the UK telecoms market and is comfortable managing complex customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunity, and positioning solutions that genuinely add value. You will be trusted to operate with autonomy, supported by strong service delivery and technical teams, and given the scope to grow accounts through strategic engagement rather than transactional selling.



This is a revenue-driving account management role, not a reactive service position. Your key activities will involve:

Full commercial ownership of a portfolio of B2B customer accounts across private and public sector Developing and executing account growth plans, including upsell and cross-sell of telecoms and IT services Acting as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders Designing and presenting tailored solutions covering UC, connectivity, cloud and managed services Negotiating contract renewals, new agreements and commercial terms Building and forecasting a robust short-term and medium-term pipeline Working closely with our Service Delivery team, to ensure solutions are delivered as sold. Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility

What skills & Experience Will I Need?



We are looking for someone who is customer focused and operates a consultative sales approach. You will have:

Proven experience in B2B Telecoms Account Management or Sales. A strong knowledge of UK telecoms and IT services, including VoIP, Unified Communications, connectivity and cloud. Demonstrable success in growing existing accounts and managing complex customer relationships. Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers. Commercially astute, organised and able to manage a varied account base. Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative sales environment. Full UK driving licence.


Due to the nature of our customer base, DBS and credit checks are required.
