Conduct detailed telecom audits, reviewing usage, infrastructure, billing, and identifying areas for improvement or cost savings.
Build, manage, and convert your own pipeline from warm leads, referrals, and proactive outbound activity.
Manage the full sales cycle - qualification, solution design, provider comparison, proposal creation, and closing.
Guide clients through switching, onboarding, contract negotiations, and ongoing support.
Stay ahead of the market by maintaining strong knowledge of connectivity technologies, tariffs, digital voice migration, and provider offerings.
Keep CRM, compliance, and documentation accurate and up to date.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell utilities services such as energy and water where relevant.
