This state-of-the-art hospital is recognised for their personalised care, delivered at the highest standard, along with their continuous investment into their technology and equipment. At present, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Scrub Nurse to join their Theatres Department.

The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care across their 5 theatres. As the hospital offers a range of surgical procedures, we are welcoming applications from all theatre backgrounds.

As this is a senior position, you will provide clinical leadership to the team, and will deputise in the Theatre Leads absence.

They have a welcoming and experienced theatres team who are happy to offer support and development. This is also a great opportunity to work with some of the UKs leading consultants across a range of specialist areas. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per weeks, which will be worked a mixture of earlies, lates and long days between Monday-Friday. The occasional weekend may be required on rotation in order to meet the needs of the business.

Role Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 RGN or ODP
\xe2\x80\x93 Registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong scrub skills across a range of specialities e.g. Orthopaedics, ENT and/or Robotics
\xe2\x80\x93 Previous experience working within a senior capacity will be highly advantageous
\xe2\x80\x93 Passion for high quality patient care
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 High sense of personal responsibilities
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work as part of a team
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong leadership qualities and lead by example

Summary
