Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital, located in Sheffield. They have many specialities including orthopaedics, bariatric, spinal, gynaecological, general, paediatric and ENT. They have 5 state-of-the-art theatres, including a new ambulatory care unit. The hospital has 64 en-suite private rooms, 21 consulting rooms including outpatient treatment rooms and an endoscopy unit. At present, they are currently looking for a variety of Theatre Practitioners from Orthopaedic Scrub to Anaesthetic and Recovery.

The Candidate

• Our client is happy to consider a range of Theatre Practitioners from Anaesthetic, Scrub, Recovery or a mixture
• SFA training can also be provided
• Orthopaedic Scrub is offered to interested candidates
• Hours

• This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours per week over 6 days (no Sundays)
• They offer a flexible shift pattern
• Theatre opens from 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 08:00-16:00 on Saturdays
• Role Requirements

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
• 6 Months experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Resilient, willing to learn and able to work well under pressure
