Essential:
Significant experience in residential childcare, ideally in therapeutic or mental health-informed settings
Skills in behaviour management and responding to high-risk situations
Experience leading shifts or strong potential for leadership
Emotional resilience, excellent communication, and reflective practice
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
Why This Role Matters
This is not just a step up in responsibility--it's a chance to be the calm, consistent adult a young person can depend on. You'll help shape a therapeutic, structured environment where recovery and growth are possible.
What We Offer
13.50 - 15.50 per hour, plus additional sleep-in and duty payments
Structured shift pattern to support work-life balance and consistency
A meaningful leadership role with autonomy and influence
Full induction and access to high-quality training and development
A values-led team culture built on trust, empathy, and reflective practice
Opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking, purpose-driven organisation
