Senior Therapeutic Support Workers sort for our therapeutic children's home
Do you believe that children who have been hurt in relationships, can heal in relationships, within an environment that is wholly focused on facilitating children's growth and recovery?
Can you work in a team who feel valued and empowered to keep taking the risk of offering love, care, consistent presence and boundaries, to a traumatised child to change the child's world?
We provide specialist therapeutic home environments for children who have experienced profound developmental trauma.
You will need to share our ethos and be committed to integrating a trauma informed approach, working closely with psychologists and therapists in all aspects of a child's care.
You will receive on-going training, reflective supervision and therapeutic consultation to expand your knowledge, understanding and application of attachment and developmental trauma.
