Senior Waxing & Brow Therapist - Future Salon Manager

This is a rare opportunity to be the first team member and to grow into a Salon Manager position, while working hands on with clients and developing your leadership skills in a supportive, high standard environment.

The Role

We're looking for someone experienced, ambitious and brilliant with clients to join us part-time initially and grow into a full-time leadership role.

You'll be working alongside the founder as we:

oDeliver expert waxing and brow services.

oGrow and refine the client base.

oShape the future of the business together.

Your role will start with a focus on treatments, gradually expanding into team support, leadership and operational responsibilities.

Requirements:

oNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.

o2+ years' experience in a professional salon.

oSkilled in brows and all types of waxing (including intimate)

oWarm, professional, and excited about long-term growth.o

We'll train you in The Get Waxed Way, but you must already be confident and capable.

Salary & Benefits

oStart: 16.50/hour for 25 hours/week

oGrowth: 19.00/hour for 35 hours/week, with opportunities for commission
