In this role, you'll deliver exceptional product availability, supporting Heineken secondary volume. Your main focus will be on process improvement, digital transformation, and team optimisation. You'll also play a central role in training and upskilling the team, driving a culture of continuous improvement through better reporting, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced capability.Some of the role's key responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of third-party vendors, ensuring service requirements are met, and lead the end-to-end process for introducing new listings and suppliers into the network.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using TPM methodology, driving cross-functional projects, supporting SKU rationalisation, and leading system and process enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce cost.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders-including suppliers, GXO, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams-to improve forecast accuracy, optimise availability, and minimise stock loss.
• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the team, providing resource cover when needed, producing performance reports (KPIs, alerts, stock age, etc.), and deputising for the Team Manager when required.

About you:We're looking for an experienced, proactive planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong stakeholder management skills, and has a passion for developing people and processes. If you enjoy working collaboratively, driving improvements, and making a real impact, this could be the role for you.Other things you may have:

• 3-5 years' experience in a dynamic FMCG planning environment.
• Experience in using SAP and Excel
• Data-savvy, analytical, and able to turn insight into action to support key business decisions.
• A proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of the Heineken UK Supply Chain and experience managing performance through KPIs.
• A confident team leader with a track record in people management and development.
