Job Description

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Proven experience in the field of Tissue Viability and advanced wound management Proven experience at a senior nurse level -- including management/supporting junior colleagues Ability to use specialist wound therapies, such as Doppler assessment (including toe pressures), compression therapy, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and Larval Therapy Demonstrates personal qualities key to the role -- such as compassion, respect, listening Good interpersonal and team working skills Ability to prioritise own workload and to keep deadlines with minimal supervision Advanced decision making skills Advanced leadership skills * Access to transport to travel in connection with the post e.g. to attend meetings or training events across the county
