Senior Trade Floor Support Analyst

6-month contract (Inside IR35)

\xc2\xa3350/Day (Umbrella)

Liverpool Street.

5 days on site.

I\'m currently working with a London based IT Services company who are looking to hire a Senior Trade Floor Support Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Front Office Trading Desks - ensuring rapid response and end to end support and ownership of user technical and functional issues across Desktop and Trading applications and covering multiple business-lines.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line IT support
• Supporting the Front Office Trade Floor/Treasury desktop environment - investigation of Front Office related issues and resolving or engaging with application owners, infrastructure owners, IT security owners and vendors to provide effective issue and problem management and rapid resolution.
• Supporting the Front Office Trading Desks - ensuring rapid response and end to end support and ownership of user technical and functional issues across Desktop and Trading applications and covering multiple business-lines.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line IT support

• Good knowledge of Window server and client operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Citrix client/VDI technologies and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Office 201x, Office 365 (32 & 64bit).
• ITFL Foundation Certification
• Possess equivalent professional IT experience.
• Good working knowledge of Trade Floor applications and systems.
• Good working knowledge of applications hosted on a Citrix infrastructure.
