Role Purpose
To lead the development and delivery of customer marketing plans across the UK off-trade (multiples, convenience, wholesale, ecomm) and international export markets. This role ensures the Keystone Brewing Group portfolio is strategically activated in-store, online, and through global distributors, driving brand visibility, rate of sale, and market expansion.
Accountability
Own the end-to-end trade marketing strategy for UK off-trade and export channels
Work closely with sales leads to plan and execute customer-specific campaigns
Lead the development of retail toolkits, shopper marketing plans, and customer sell-in materials
Brief the design team and agency partners to deliver tailored assets per channel
Track campaign effectiveness and support trade promotion planning and review
Adapt brand campaigns to fit international distributor and retail formats
Support forecasting and commercial planning with customer marketing insight
Skills
Strong project and stakeholder management
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation-building skills
Ability to brief creative and manage third-party suppliers
Understanding of UK retail mechanics and export requirements
Commercially minded with attention to ROI and budget discipline
