Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support the development and execution of brand and activation plans across national retail groups (e.g. Stonegate, Mitchells & Butlers) and the wholesale channel ( MCW, LWC ). This role is key to ensuring our portfolio is effectively activated in large on-trade groups and distributed through wholesale partners, with toolkits, POS, and sales materials tailored to customer needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES OF THE ROLE

Deliver customer-specific marketing plans in collaboration with National Accounts and the Senior Trade Marketing Manager

Build and maintain activation toolkits tailored to group pub operators and wholesale partners

Adapt brand campaigns and visual assets for customer-facing use in trade

Coordinate POS material production and distribution for retail groups and wholesalers

Track activation execution, share-of-shelf, and stock build across national and wholesale accounts

Liaise with internal design team and external agency partners as needed

Attend occasional customer meetings or field visits to ensure quality of execution

Manage customer-specific calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets

SKILLS

Understanding of trade marketing mechanics

Ability to manage multiple customer needs and internal deadlines

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

1-3 years in a marketing or trade marketing role

Experience working with or supporting large retail or wholesale accounts

Exposure to FMCG, drinks, or hospitality sectors

Knowledge of the on-trade retail environment and group pub operations

Campaign activation or POS delivery experience

Desirable

Experience working with wholesale buying teams

Familiarity with Canva

Insight into the beer or cider category

Basic data analysis or sales tracking/reporting capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
