The Respect Training Team currently comprises one permanent Senior Trainer and one contract Trainer who delivers training four days per month. We are a trading arm of Navigo CIC, with a growing customer base located across the UK. The demand for our training has significantly increased, requiring extensive travel and delivery commitments.
Due to the high volume of travel and training delivery, the well-being of our current Senior Trainer is being impacted. The role involves frequent long-distance travel, overnight stays, and intensive training sessions, which are becoming unsustainable for a single individual to manage effectively. This poses a risk to service continuity and quality, especially as our customer base continues to expand.
To maintain service standards, ensure trainer well-being, and meet contractual obligations with external clients, it is essential that we recruit an additional Senior Trainer sooner than the standard 14-week time frame. Delaying recruitment could result in training cancellations, reputational damage, and potential financial implications.
Early recruitment will allow for a structured onboarding process, shadowing opportunities, and a smoother transition to full delivery responsibilities, ensuring resilience within the team and safeguarding the quality of our services.
Please note: The earliest start date for this position is 01st December 2025
