Summary



This role supports the smooth delivery of learning and development activities across our teams. Suited to someone who enjoys working with people, managing logistics, and contributing to a positive learning experience. As part of the People & Culture team, you'll gain practical exposure to training coordination, digital learning systems, and cross-team collaboration building a strong foundation for continued professional development.

Responsibilities



Assist in the delivery of induction and development training of new team members, including travel to Promise UK sites (approximately once per month). Maintain and update the annual training calendar in line with identified learning needs, collating current matrices and creating a master calendar. Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support training delivery. Prepare, co-ordinate and deliver training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, preparing materials, and supporting key stakeholders and facilitators. Working with SMEs, support the design and roll out of learning content, including integration of digital learning content (e.g. SCORM files) into the LMS and assist with basic troubleshooting or user queries. Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring training records are kept up to date and support users with system queries. Support the preparation of Board reports by collating training data and feedback from across the company (including mandatory training), and provide insights from feedback to further develop training resources and solutions. Keep teams informed about upcoming training opportunities and new learning resources, engaging with team members to spotlight key sessions and encourage participation. Monitor L&D spend, adhering to budgets, managing invoicing and providing oversight of spend and/or investment required. Supporting the People Team (and People Board) on other strategic projects, as required. Undertake additional co-ordination duties as required to support the smooth delivery of training programmes.

Qualifications/Experience



3 years in a similar role

Experience working with cross-functional teams and specialist departments

Strong organisation and communication skills

Confident in supporting training delivery and working independently when required

Comfortable using digital systems, ideally with experience in LMS platforms

Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across dispersed teams

Willingness to travel to different sites as needed (anticipated one UK region each month)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
