Senior Transport Planner

Abercynon | Full-Time, Permanent | 28,000 - 32,000 (DOE)
Reporting to: Head of Operations

Techxi is a leading transport services provider across South Wales and South West England. We specialise in Corporate and Home-to-School Transport, helping both businesses and local authorities move people reliably and safely.

We work closely with a number of local authorities to ensure safe and consistent school transportation for vulnerable and SEN students.

As we expand our operations, we're seeking a

Senior Transport Planner

to join our dynamic team.

You'll be responsible for designing and managing efficient routes for our fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery.

What You'll Do Day to Day

Plan and optimise routes, adjusting in real-time when needed Maintain open, consistent communication with drivers, customers and support staff React swiftly to service disruptions with effective contingency planning Proactively inform customers of delays or changes Ensure fleet and driver compliance with internal policies and local authority regulations

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in transport planning, working within the industry, or working with a local authority/NHS/Ambulance Service in a similar role.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
