Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their Group Treasury team.
This strategic yet hands-on role focuses on bank account administration and management of external treasury documentation, ensuring best-in-class processes, governance, and technology adoption. You'll work closely with global teams, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements and support critical operations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain global bank accounts, oversee openings and closures, and ensure accurate reporting into the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Manage all bank mandates, KYC, and pooling structures across multiple entities, ensuring timely updates.
• Drive workflow enhancements, implement audit processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.
• Develop junior staff members in the team.
• Build strong relationships with banks, shared service centres, and internal teams to support compliance.
• Support global treasury transformation initiatives and process improvements.

Experience
Ideal candidate;

• Background in corporate treasury in a similar role. Will also consider finance or banking backgrounds.
• Hands-on operational experience.
• Deep understanding of treasury processes, including KYC requirements, bank mandates, and global pooling structures.
• Strong capability in data accuracy and workflow management, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience using a Treasury Management System (TMS) is desirable, but not essential.
• Track record of delivering projects, driving process improvements, and engaging stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Professional qualifications in treasury (ACT or similar), finance, or accounting preferred.
• Brings a positive, proactive mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a high-performing team.
