Job Description

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in user research within large scale projects Evidence of designing and leading on multiple research activities Proven analytical and synthesis skills which enable data to be transformed into actionable insights which can be presented in an intuitive manner to stakeholders Strong communication skills with ability to engage with key stakeholders and users from all levels of Government to understand their needs Ability to define and measure user outcome performance metrics to evidence user impact throughout a project delivery lifecycle
Our client operates a flexible hybrid working approach, up to 2-3 days per week (Monday-Friday) in the office - East Kilbride, Glasgow.
