Our Horsham location is currently seeking a
Senior Vehicle Technician
to take on a key role in our busy, multi-brand workshop. This position comes with excellent rewards and a supportive, professional environment that stands out in the local area.
Role Responsibilities
Carry out advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and routine servicing in line with manufacturer standards
Lead and mentor junior technicians, promoting best practices and technical excellence
Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
Liaise with service advisors regarding repair work, estimates, and completion times
Maintain thorough records of repairs and inspections
Test and verify completed repairs to ensure safety and compliance
Effectively manage time and workshop resources to meet targets and deadlines
Contribute to ongoing improvements in workshop processes and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve complex faults
Confident using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and power tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or mechanics are preferred, though not essential
