Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse - Mobile Practice (North & West Yorkshire)

The Visiting Vet Company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable

Registered Veterinary Nurse

to join our friendly and growing mobile practice based between Leeds & Harrogate

responsibilities. You will work closely with a busy mobile vet, providing essential support both behind the scenes and out on home visits.

We are looking for someone who is confident using their own initiative and enjoys a role with responsibility, while also being keen to become a valued member of a small, close-knit team. A flexible, "can-do" attitude and strong organisational skills are essential, as the team will rely on you to help keep the practice running smoothly.

The role will include:

Co-ordinating and supporting the vet on home visits across North & West Yorkshire

Arranging and carrying out nurse-led home visits

Stock control and general day-to-day running of the practice

Administrative and organisational duties

Building strong, personal relationships with our clients

Close collaboration with the vet is a key part of this role. We pride ourselves on providing a personal, compassionate service, so excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner are essential -- along with the ability to politely decline offers of tea and biscuits! An interest in geriatric medicine and supporting patients and their families through end-of -life care would be welcomed.

About you:

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Confident, organised and able to work independently

Friendly and professional telephone manner

Strong IT and digital skills

Willing to drive, with a clean driving licence

Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours

What we offer:

Salary up to 38K (FTE, DOE)

Holiday allowance of 5 weeks per annum, plus 8 bank holidays (FTE)
